A hero is very important in today's society. Everybody needs someone to look up to and to count on. A hero is someone who has done good deeds not only for themselves, but for others as well. For example our heroes today are our family, friends, best friends, teachers, siblings, and especially our parents.
In some cultures, they look up to one person, their leader or their god.
In literature our heroes are our protagonists that do things for the greater good. In the story the concepts and the morals are easily grasped by the reader and they truly understand the hero's quests.
